Before Coming to Church

Are you feeling unwell? Are you currently suffering from any COVID-19 related symptoms such as fever, sore throat, loss of smell and taste? Have you been around someone who is thought to have COVID-19 or is awaiting test results? If you answer yes to any of these questions, It is best to stay home and try again a different week once it is safe.

Have you traveled out of the country in the last month? If yes, make sure to check whether or not the country you visited is listed as a country that requires quarantine for 10 days upon return.

When you are at Immanuel:

  • We will block off every other pew on the right (pulpit side) and ask all who attend to self-social distance.   The left side will be open seating.

  • The yellow attendance cards have returned to the pews.  Please fill this out and write your pew number and side (lectern side or pulpit side) on the card.

  • Elders will greet you upstairs and we will not take temperatures.

Receive the wonderful gift of God's Grace in His Word and Sacrament, singing the hymns, and enjoying the sermon.

All Services are fully masked.  All participants must wear their mask even if you are fully vaccinated.

We rely on everyone’s Christian conscience with this matter.

Ushers will direct individuals to proceed forward for communion and space participants accordingly. Please give individuals adequate time and space to move into place in front, maintaining three feet of distance at all times.

When finished at the front, proceed to the side aisle for your pew, drop off your disposable cup in the normal location and return to your seat.  Following the full completion of communion, the Pastor will lead all in a blessing before dismissing.

After the service

On your way back downstairs you will find the offering plate. Please drop off your offering then. Use hand sanitizer on your way out, if you wish.
