There is literally NO END to what needs to be done in a community faith reaching out to a 21st century world! Like a well-oiled machine, the church today needs every part to be in place and running smoothly if we are to be an effective mission to the world around us. That means we need skills of every sort to provide the time and expertise to do what we are called here to do. Books must be kept, bills paid, folders printed and collated, computer “glitches” fixed, flower-beds weeded, light bulbs replaced, mailings assembled, phones answered, kitchens cleaned, chairs arranged… and on and on and on.

So much of what goes on in support of the ministry goes unheralded. Very few of those who put in time around here are ever even seen, much less acknowledged. But each and every offering of time and talent is absolutely essential for the ministry. And our Lord knows. He takes our faithful service and uses it all for His purposes and for the good of His people. The Apostle Paul reminds us, “The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body… Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it” (1 Cor. 12).

Your help is needed. We hope you will consider taking your talents and abilities and making use of them in His service and to His glory.
